Watermark caters to the whole family or for your friendly gathering.
This sensational 2 story holiday home is located on the South Coast of NSW in seaside town of Gerringong. The house is literally a two minute walk to the main street with its cafes, shops, children's playground and all local amenities. A short 5 minute walk away is the patrolled Werri Beach.



Watermark features two large lounge rooms and a large balcony with BBQ and wonderful views. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe, there are 3 other double sized bedrooms. Open plan dining and kitchen is superbly equipped and features a breakfast bar.

You'll be mesmorised and relaxed looking at the 270 degrees of the beach and ocean. Unwind whilst watching the sun rise and set. Can you hear the ocean yet?

No expense has been spared in providing you with comfort and luxury. Our furniture was updated in July 2010 and now includes 2 LED TV's, leather lounges, quality linen & utensils and imported floor rugs.
There is a lock up rear yard and double garage.
